... YOUR TASKS
Reservations Department:
Support in ensuring the smooth operation of the reservations department
Processing daily departmental tasks and all reservation processes
Monitoring the correct maintenance and processing of guest records
Support in maintaining and managing all reservation-related data, prices, and availability in the PMS, reservation systems, and distribution channels; creating and maintaining rates and packages
Maintaining the reservations department's duty and vacation schedule in the respective systems
Onboarding new employees; supporting the conduct and preparation of probationary period reviews, as well as mid-year and annual performance reviews
Leading and developing reservation staff; organizing regular training sessions
Yield & Revenue Department:
Support in developing, implementing, and executing yield and revenue management strategies related to price and capacity control
Regular analysis of market prices and availability, competitor monitoring, and creating and maintaining reports
Support in the regular creation of statistics and Reports in the accommodation sector and their analysis
Support in the planning, preparation, and execution of regular revenue and strategy meetings
Implementation of projects in the area of yield and revenue management
WHAT YOU BRING
Positive demeanor and a communicative personality
Utmost discretion and excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable, responsible, and independent work ethic
Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule (according to a duty roster) and to work shifts
Knowledge of Oracle Suite 8 is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills
Presidential and well-groomed appearance
