CHEF for PART-TIME WORK in a seasonal or year-round position
Responsibilities
### Your responsibilities
You are responsible for preparing all half-board dishes within the framework of our international, trendy, and innovative cuisine.
You ensure smooth operations and adherence to the no-waste principle.
You maintain the quality and hygiene standards set by the establishment and the head chef.
You monitor inventory and incoming goods.
You further develop the Alpenwelt culinary philosophy in consultation with the head chef/sous-chef.
You are responsible for the attractive presentation of dishes.

Your talents
You have completed culinary training.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the kitchen of upscale hotels and restaurants.
You are experienced in all kitchen positions and have a responsible work ethic.
You work reliably and cleanly.
You are highly organized, creative, and flexible.
You have knowledge of inventory management and control.
You are familiar with hygiene and HACCP Guidelines
You have excellent product knowledge.
A positive attitude towards colleagues and motivation are very important to you.
You have good German and English skills.
