Responsibilities
One of the challenges of dispatching is remaining calm in stressful situations and developing clever solutions even in unforeseen circumstances.
A quick grasp of things and the ability to handle complications are essential. This job also requires strong social and communication skills as well as teamwork to ensure that phone calls and conversations with customers and taxi drivers are smooth and satisfactory.
The main tasks include answering customer calls, scheduling trips, and forwarding them to the drivers.
Profile
Requirements:
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Basic computer skills
Advantageous: English
Ability to multitask
