Insurance Claims Manager

Are you passionate about insurance and legal matters? Do you work accurately, think critically, and get satisfaction from handling claims correctly? Then you might be the support we're looking for. As a Claims Handler, you'll be responsible for the complete follow-up of claims – from filing to payment – with a focus on the client, legislation, and accurate damage assessment.
Managing and following up on claims from start to finish
Investigating causes, circumstances, and liabilities
Verifying warranties and policy coverage
Obtaining evidence, certificates, and reports from involved parties
Directing experts and evaluating damage assessments
Calculating, proposing, and processing compensation claims
You'll handle a variety of cases, including workplace accidents, fire and water damage, traffic accidents, natural disasters, theft, and other material or bodily injury cases. Bachelor's degree in Insurance or a Bachelor's degree in a legal field
Prior relevant experience in claims management or insurance is a plus
Strong administrative skills and legally sound reasoning
Perfect command of Dutch, basic knowledge of French
Good communication skills and comfortable with phone calls
Accurate, stress-resistant, and strong prioritization skills
You work independently and proactively, but also function well within a team.
