Customer Service Officer

Position:
You will handle all the administrative tasks related to running a garage, such as end-of-month invoicing, checking mechanics' work orders, tracking rolling stock hours, and scheduling maintenance using work orders.
These are just a few of the responsibilities; the position offers even more variety.
You will work during the day, ideally from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
As a Customer Service Officer for our garage, you are meticulous in maintaining information and data. You also have strong numerical skills. Knowledge of Excel is required.
You enjoy a job with plenty of variety and variety. You can work independently and take initiative to ensure progress.
You speak excellent Dutch and have excellent English skills. Your smooth dealings and communication with the mechanics and suppliers are enormous assets.
