JOB DUTIES
As an assistant nurse in our home care, your mission is to provide good care. With a good attitude, your own commitment and initiative, you support our elderly to a good everyday life. Our work is based on great respect for the needs and wishes of the individual, which requires you to be responsive. In order to be able to carry out your work in a professional manner, you will be delegated. You will also collaborate with other professions such as nurses, rehabilitation staff and our cognitive support team.
Working hours: Both day and evening hours may be available.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse and has experience in elderly care.
We assume that through your education you have the ability to see the individual's needs, be responsive, and be able to provide a good everyday life for our elderly. You need to be flexible as the work schedule can change and as the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to remain calm. You also need to be able to communicate well in speech and writing in the Swedish language and have documentation skills.
You need to be solution-focused, responsible and committed. You can collaborate as well as work independently. Furthermore, you need to be able to take initiative, have a good attitude and always have our elderly in focus. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
The position requires a B driving license and that you should be able to ride a bicycle.
