The Massage Therapist provides high-quality service to clients in relation to therapeutic treatments and massages, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations, committed to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Manage operations by offering clients therapeutic treatments and massages, anticipating their needs and recommending the services that best suit their preferences.
Perform each service according to established standards and protocols.
Promote services and products in the Spa, recommending services and treatments, and applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Ensure that work areas are in good condition for use and are left tidy afterward.
Control the stock of materials necessary to perform the requested services, ensuring their correct use and replenishment according to established protocols, and requesting supplies as needed.
Requirements to apply for the vacancy
Minimum high school diploma and relevant training or professional degree.
Local language (depending on the establishment's geographic location) and advanced English.
Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and facials.
Knowledge of products used in massages and body and facial treatments.
