**In your role**
- you are responsible for the development and continuous improvement of systems that support business operations
- you identify development needs together with different teams and put solutions into practice
- you lead and coordinate IT and development projects from planning to implementation
- you act as a link between business operations, personnel, system suppliers and other partners
- you develop processes and operating models utilizing the opportunities of digitalization
- you participate in system procurement, integrations, implementations and implementation of changes
- you ensure that solutions are user-oriented, secure and support business goals
- you actively highlight new development opportunities and help to implement them into the organization's everyday life
**What do we expect from you?**
Your background may include, for example, an expert in systems development, IT projects, digital services, business processes or system management. The most important thing is that you understand the whole, can discuss with both users and suppliers and take things forward in a practical way.
We expect from you:
- experience in system development, IT projects or digital solution development
- ability to identify needs and transform them into functional solutions
- experience in project management or coordination
- good cooperation and interaction skills
- self-initiative, solution-oriented and development-oriented approach
- interest in utilizing new technologies and operating methods
- understanding of the importance of information security and a desire to continuously develop it
- Finnish language skills
We also value experience in business process development, system integrations, change projects and system environments in tourism, service or customer business.
