Subject coordinator

The municipal area for life management is undergoing restructuring. We are going to start a new residential facility for people with disabilities and complex behavioral challenges. Do you want to contribute to high professional quality and development in services for people with disabilities and behavioral challenges? 
We are looking for a professionally strong and committed social worker for the position of professional coordinator in our care home. 
As a professional coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring professional quality, structure and good practice in the services. You will work closely with the department manager and employees, and help develop a common professional understanding and a safe and predictable everyday life for the residents. 
Working hours are rotating with currently work every fourth weekend. 
Job duties
Ensure professionally sound services in line with legislation and decisions. 
Guide and follow up employees in targeted environmental work. 
Contribute to the development and implementation of measures related to behavioral challenges. 
Work systematically with the prevention and management of challenging behavior. 
Ensure documentation, evaluation and follow-up of measures. 
Contribute to training, professional development and competence building in the department. 
Collaborate closely with the department head, relatives and partners. 
Be a driving force for good professional culture and common practice. 
Medical responsibility.
### Qualifications
Norwegian authorization as a social worker. 
### Experience from working with people with disabilities and behavioral challenges. 
Good knowledge of targeted environmental work. 
Knowledge of relevant legislation. 
### Experience with writing and following up on decisions according to Hol Chapter 9. 
### Experience with guidance and professional development is an advantage. 
Good oral and written presentation skills at a minimum of Norwegian B2. 
### Experience with harm prevention and de-escalation techniques is an advantage.
Valid police certificate must be presented before starting work.

Salary according to current tariff and agreements. The social worker is paid NOK 30,000 above the guaranteed salary. NOK 30,000 per year is given in professional coordinator supplement.
