Job Description

Would you like to help equip an operational headquarters with ICT?
Would you like to use your expertise to acquire and manage ICT for the Armed Forces Operational Headquarters (FOH)? At FOH, you contribute at an operational level, where your professional assessments really count. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, structured and has the ability to work independently. At the same time, you thrive in interdisciplinary environments and contribute actively in collaboration with others. As a procurement planner, you will be part of the IT section. The IT section is responsible for planning, coordinating, acquiring and managing ICT for the headquarters.
The workplace is Tverlandet, with beautiful nature right outside the door and a short distance to Bodø with its unique combination of culture and nature.

Job duties
Perform planning, coordination and implementation of procurement of operational/administrative ICT systems on behalf of J6/ FOH and underlying units.
Requisition ICT materials according to incoming needs.
Process need notifications, obtain relevant documentation, estimate costs and follow up on cases against purchasers and assignors
Perform receipt control on procurements made on the ICT budget FOH.
Follow up, coordinate and interact with relevant actors to ensure correct delivery, at the right time and in accordance with obtained offers
Invoice management, as well as control and follow-up of invoices, outstanding receivables and deviation management related to ICT.
Coordinate ICT deliveries through dialogue with CYFOR and external suppliers.
Contribute with advice and maintenance to J6, FOH and subordinate units in connection with ordering and procurement of ICT materials
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; for example, economics, administration and logistics. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.  
Minimum one year of relevant work experience related to the position's duties, for example experience with public procurement, administrative services, financial follow-up, purchasing planning, warehouse management
Experience with using SAP or similar ERP systems
Good written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English
Knowledge of the Armed Forces' activities
You must meet minimum physical requirements. The Armed Forces require that personnel at FOH must be able to move themselves in and out of the mountain facility at Reitan. This is to ensure the safety of the employees.
You must be able to be security cleared to HEMMELIG and NATO SECRET before joining (for more information about security clearance, see www.nsm.no)

You will be offered a position as Senior Consultant (position code 1408), with a salary from NOK 576,,403 per year, depending on qualifications. A 2% statutory contribution to the Norwegian State Pension Fund will be deducted from the salary.
