We have a 90% permanent position available as a health professional with a start date by agreement. We are looking for applicants with a health professional education, but we also encourage those who are in education or considering a career in health and care to apply.
At Lovund Care Center, you will be part of a professionally committed and inclusive working environment. You will have the opportunity to build good relationships with users and relatives, and help to further develop the care services of the future in Lurøy municipality.
The care service in Lurøy is organized into three care districts with a total of five care centers. Lovund care center belongs to the Outer Care District and consists of six care homes and one home for short-term stays and respite. We provide home services and practical assistance to both residents at the care center and to residents who live in their own homes on the island.
Lurøy municipality is committed to offering safe and comprehensive services of high quality. We work actively with welfare technology, good patient processes and the development of new forms of work. Through a calendar plan and annual rotation, we also facilitate flexible rotation solutions, including the possibility of long shifts.
