Job Description

We are looking for more nurses for the night service at our short-term wards at Cathinka Guldberg and MKR Helsehuset. 
The night service for our short-term wards is organized in a joint service that covers services for our patients in two wards. The short-term wards at Cathinka Guldberg is a 25-bed ward, while MKR is a 12-bed ward. We are currently working on looking at opportunities for, and developing digital supervision at our wards.

At the Medical Short-Term and Rehabilitation Department (MKR) and the Cathinka Guldberg Short-Term Department, you will meet residents who need medical treatment, training, guidance and interdisciplinary follow-up to recover from illness and functional decline in order to master everyday life in their own home and life. You will also meet patients in the palliative phase who need help and support for a dignified death. 
Job duties
Nursing responsibility and follow-up of patients on the department at night. This involves observation, treatment, guidance and training, as well as interaction with patients, relatives, internal and external partners.
Contribute to ensuring that patients experience security, are valued and treated with respect.
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Documentation of own work in our professional systems
Qualifications
Publicly approved nurse
Preferably with relevant experience and/or relevant further education
Must be able to handle emergency situations and have high work capacity
Good communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in Norwegian, both spoken and written
Proficient in electronic tools
Driver of professional development work
Approved police certificate

We are located in beautiful premises at the health center and Cathinka Guldberg.
Salary: Nurse, SKO 7174, annual salary in 100% position from NOK 545,400,- to NOK 639,900,- (according to seniority) + recruitment supplement of NOK 30,000,- per year (in 100% position) and night supplement of NOK 30,000,- (in 100% position).
Specialist nurse, SKO 7523, annual salary in 100% position from NOK 586,400,- to NOK 673,200 (according to seniority) + recruitment supplement of NOK 30,000,- per year (in 100% position) and night supplement of NOK 30,000,- (in 100% position).

Appointments are otherwise made on the terms and conditions that are stated at any time in applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements, including a 6-month probationary period.

The police certificate must not be older than 3 months.
