Home-based services are a 24-hour service that facilitates the residents of Rana municipality to be as self-reliant as possible and live at home for as long as possible.
At the home service east 1, there is a professionally skilled and pleasant environment that is looking for a new colleague. We mainly employ nurses, health professionals and assistants. We are one of several home service departments in the municipality that provide assistance to home-dwellers within a geographically limited area. In addition, we are responsible for residents at one of the municipality's care homes.
 
We have a 100% permanent position available for a health professional
 
Job duties:
holistic nursing
medicine management
interaction with relatives, doctors, hospitals and other partners
guidance of colleagues, students and apprentices
 
The list is not exhaustive. The service is in continuous development and changes in work tasks must be expected.
 
Qualification requirements:
Norwegian authorization as a health professional
Class B driver's license
Must have sufficient command of Norwegian orally and in writing to exercise the profession responsibly
Valid police certificate upon joining, cf. Health and Care Services Act Section 5-4

You must have a high degree of observation, assessment and action competence
You must be confident in your own professional assessments
You must be able to work independently
You must have the ability to remain calm and take care of the patient when demanding situations arise
You must be flexible, reflective and willing to learn
You must have good collaboration skills

Working hours: Rotation with long shifts every 4th weekend
Salary and working conditions are regulated by the KS collective agreement.
