Caseworker

We have a vacant position as a case manager for the follow-up of contracts and service offers when purchasing services from private suppliers. The position is located in Mestringstorget, which is the municipality's coordinating unit. We work with preventive services, municipal housing and case managers for ordinary health and care services.
Ullensaker is one of Norway's fastest growing municipalities, with over 46,000 inhabitants. ### Tasks
Follow-up of contracts with private suppliers
Control of deliveries against contract and requirement specification
Handling of deviations, supervision and follow-up of measures
Dialogue and collaboration with suppliers
Analysis of reports, data and key figures
Contribute to the development and improvement of routines and contract follow-up
Supervision of suppliers and internal partners
### Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree as a social worker or social worker
Good knowledge of the field of mental health and substance abuse
Knowledge of relevant legislation
### Experience from public administration
### Experience with analysis and follow-up of delivery requirements
Good oral and written presentation skills

We are looking for someone who is structured and analytical, with a high degree of integrity and role understanding. You are able to balance control and collaboration, and communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing. You are relationship-building, solution-oriented and confident in handling deviations and demanding dialogues. Personal suitability will be emphasized.

Appointment is otherwise made on the terms and conditions that are stated at all times in applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements, including a 6-month probationary period.
