Nav Elverum is responsible for state and municipal tasks within the Labour and Welfare Administration's services to Elverum Municipality's approximately 21,900 residents.

We have a 100 percent permanent position available as a supervisor with a team leader function, in the team Skaffe arbeid 2. The team works holistically with work-oriented follow-up, mapping and clarification of users over 30 years of age, with users who mainly receive financial social assistance, qualification benefits and unemployment benefits. Here you will become part of a dedicated team, together with committed employees.

Job duties
As a team leader, you will: be a driving force for the team, and facilitate regular team meetings. You will have a good overview of the team's tasks and results. You will contribute to good flow and efficiency in the work, and create good results - always with the user at the center. The team leader reports monthly to the department manager. The team leader does not have personnel responsibility.
You will have your own user portfolio, where there is comprehensive and coordinated user follow-up based on the individual's needs; clarify the rights of long-term recipients of social assistance, establish a plan for further process, establish and follow up on cooperation with external and internal partners, and work outwardly towards employers. The position also includes administrative tasks, related to applying regulations in follow-up and case processing according to current laws, such as the Social Services Act, the National Insurance Act, the NAV Act, etc.
Changes in work tasks must be expected. 
Qualifications
Qualification requirements
Minimum 3-year completed education (bachelor's degree), preferably in health, social or management.  
Another bachelor's degree can be considered equivalent if you have relevant work experience.
Experience from administrative practice and legal application.
Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian.
Desired qualifications
Experience from NAV and case processing according to NAV's regulations. 
Relevant further education.
Experience with change and motivation work.
Experience with guidance and follow-up of people in different life situations, preferably towards work and education.
Experience with management and leadership tasks.
