Job Description

We are looking for a committed and professionally confident physiotherapist for our assessment and coping team, an important part of the municipality's focus on early intervention, rehabilitation and holistic patient care.
The team belongs to the Department of Health and Human Services and is interdisciplinary, with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and auxiliary nurses. Together we map and assess the need for services, adaptation and rehabilitation. Through targeted and intensive follow-up over shorter periods, we contribute to increased independence and coping for residents.
The position provides an exciting combination of independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, users, relatives and partners in both the municipal and specialist health services.
We have 100% temporary positions available from 01.09.2026 to 28.02.2027, with the possibility of extension.
### Tasks
Mapping and functional assessment of users' resources and needs
Planning and implementing targeted rehabilitation courses
Follow-up of users in the home with a focus on coping and independence
Interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination around individual users
Guide users, relatives and partners
Contribute to comprehensive and coordinated patient and user courses
Assess the need for aids, adaptations and further services
Collaboration with case managers and other health and care services
### Qualifications
It is required that you are an authorized physiotherapist
You must have a class B driver's license, and you must have good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills
### Experience from the municipal health service, rehabilitation or interdisciplinary work is an advantage
### Experience in rehabilitation, everyday coping, welfare technology or work with complex and multifaceted needs is desirable.
It is required that a police certificate be presented before joining from persons who in their work are in contact with children, young people, users and patients, - in accordance with the legal authority that applies to the position.
