NRK has high ambitions for our work with climate and the environment. We will cut greenhouse gas emissions, promote recycling and be a driver for green content production.
We are now looking for a temporary worker for an exciting 6-month temporary position for our climate and environment advisor, and we imagine that you can quickly step into the role and keep up the pace on our most important projects. 
As an advisor for climate and the environment, you will be responsible for leading and further developing NRK's action plan for reducing climate emissions, improving processes and procurement - and not least contributing to increasing expertise in investing in the green shift.
Tasks
Lead the work for NRK's action plan: Further develop NRK's decarbonization plan to reduce NRK's climate emissions and ensure implementation of measures within the organization. 
Circular economy: Assist in the development of NRK's recycling strategy.
Reporting and insight: Collaborate with the reporting manager for Sustainability and contribute with professional expertise to NRK's climate accounts and CSRD reporting.
Procurement and management: Develop guidelines and assist with expertise on climate and environment in procurement.
Change management: Work within the organization to engage, raise expertise and change processes that contribute to a more climate-friendly NRK. 
External collaboration: Participate in external networks to strengthen the sharing of expertise and best practices in the area of sustainability.
Qualifications
Relevant higher education in climate, environment, sustainability or equivalent.
Relevant experience from working with climate and the environment can replace the requirement for education.
Good understanding of new sustainability requirements and reporting methodologies.
Knowledge of circular economy and public procurement.
Experience with project management and change management.
Good knowledge of Norwegian, oral and written, is a prerequisite.
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience with using a climate calculator.
Experience from or good knowledge of the media and culture sector.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who has solid professional expertise in climate and the environment and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues. You are independent and naturally take responsibility and enjoy driving projects forward. Since the role requires extensive collaboration and training, you should be a good communicator and a team player who motivates for change.
