Lease negotiator

You will be part of our property management team, where employee comfort, expertise and customer service are at the heart of the job. There is also the opportunity to develop into other positions over time.
**We expect that**
- A licensed real estate agent (LVV) qualification or interest in obtaining a qualification
- You have strong customer service skills
- Your way of thinking is solution-oriented, and you get along well with different people
- You are sales-oriented and result-oriented
- You know how to organize your work effectively
- You are able to work independently, and are able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Your oral skills in Finnish and English are fluent
**An advantage**
- Business or real estate education
- Experience in renting apartments and/or commercial premises
- Driver's license
