We are now looking for two carpenters in a 100% permanent position who want a varied working life with a high degree of independence, professional challenges and the opportunity to influence.
At Stange Kommunale Boligforetak, we work every day to give people a safe place to live. We have a total of 19 employees, including painters, carpenters, plumbers, rental and administration. The housing company is in an exciting development phase. We have recently co-located under the same roof. Now we are building a common culture, developing our working methods and strengthening the way we collaborate.
With us, you will be involved in large and small projects, within the rehabilitation, maintenance and development of the municipality's housing. At the same time, you will be part of a team that wants to think new and create good results together. In this work, personal qualities and the ability to collaborate will be important contributions.

Job Responsibilities
Rehabilitation and upgrading of homes
Preparation of homes between tenants in collaboration with rental
Performance of maintenance and improvement work
Participate in construction and development projects
Collaborate with management and skilled workers
Contribute with professional assessments and improvement proposals
Registration and documentation in the FDV system
Contribute to the value preservation and development of the company's property portfolio
Participate in the company's improvement and development work
### Qualifications
Desirable with a trade certificate as a carpenter
Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Minimum 3 years of varied experience in the profession
Driving license class B or BE
Basic good digital skills
### Experience with documentation and registration in digital systems is an advantage
