Unskilled construction worker

We are seeking a professional for the position of Construction Worker / Construction Assistant, with a versatile profile to work on construction sites and provide operational support.
Main responsibilities: Direct support to construction fronts in masonry services, mortar preparation, load handling, and site cleaning.
Specific technical requirements (Exclusion Factors):
1. Proven experience in logistical organization of construction site warehouse, control and inventory of hand/power tools, and technical inspection of frames/glass on the construction site.
2. Practical knowledge and operational support in preventive maintenance and assembly of mechanical refrigeration and air conditioning systems on the construction site.
Working conditions: Full availability for flexible hours and compliance with regular weekend shift schedules (Saturdays and Sundays).
