About the position
Our technical service can be compared to a customer service, which means that you will help our customers in Lagershopen with returns, service inquiries and complaints. Since you are the face to the outside, you must be service-minded and passionate about giving customers the best experience together with your colleagues in Lagershopen. Other work tasks, such as sales, cashier and product handling, may also be included in the position, although your main focus will be on technical service.
You don't have to be a technology expert, but it is important that you are curious and willing to learn more about our products. We offer an exciting job together with a fantastic team in Lagershopen.
Who are we looking for?
Work experience in service professions and/or retail sales
It is an advantage if you have experience with complaints
Interest in learning more about our products
Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
You must be at least 18 years old to work with us
You are a person with drive and determination to get things done with good results. Friends describe you as tidy, responsible and as a person who always asks: "How can I help?" - even in hectic periods. The work is done in collaboration with colleagues in Lagershopen, and helping each other with the day's tasks is a given for you. As a person, you are positive and contribute to a good team spirit.
