Are you looking for a fast-paced, fun and exciting store/summer job? At Europris Bardufoss we have a 100% position available from July to October. With the possibility of an extension after the end of the period. With us you will have a varied everyday life, nice colleagues and the chance to learn a lot about store operations and customer service.
Whether you have worked in a store before or are completely new, the most important thing is that you are curious, willing to learn and like to have people around you.
What you will do
As a store clerk with us, you will be an important part of the team and the store's daily routine. You contribute to ensuring that customers have a good shopping experience, that the shelves look tidy and that there is good flow in the store from opening to closing time. There is a lot to do, but we help each other and ensure that everyone gets into the tasks in a safe and good way.
Help customers find items and answer questions in a pleasant manner
Replenish items, clear shelves and ensure the store looks inviting
Operate cash register and handle payments in an accurate and safe manner
Contribute to order in the warehouse and assist with product deliveries
Follow routines for cleaning, safety and efficient store operations
Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and efficient workday
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who shows up to work with a smile, takes responsibility and likes to stay active. You do not need to be an expert in retail from the start, but you must be motivated to learn and not be afraid to take on a challenge. You enjoy meeting many different people and are comfortable with the fact that the days can be both hectic and varied.
Can work during the summer holidays and be available both during the day, evenings and weekends when needed
Reliable, punctual and responsible - you show up when you are supposed to
Like to work in a team, but are also self-driven when needed
Speak Norwegian well, so you can provide good customer service
Thrives in an active environment with a pace and many different tasks
