Power Tromsø is looking for an inclusive and motivating Merch Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you passionate about how a store looks, and do you know that the right product placement and a well-thought-out visual presentation sell? As Merch Manager at POWER, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the store always appears enticing, tidy and sales-inducing – from planograms and pricing to seasonal changes and exhibitions. You will be the store's merch engine, and the closest supporter for regional merch.
 
MAIN DUTIES
Responsible for seasonal changes in the store
Building and maintaining planograms
Updating prices and pricing strategies
Developing and following up on an action plan for the store's further work with merch principles
Being the closest supporter for regional merch
Ensuring that the store has the expertise and tools it needs within merchandising
Reviewing the store's appearance, mapping and exhibitions
Providing feedback to regional merch

Is passionate about product placement, store standards and visual presentation
Has a strong eye for detail
Likes to work in a structured and planned manner, and gets things done
Has experience with merchandising or visual presentation (an advantage)
Likes working with customers and electronics
