### Your Responsibilities
During your 12-month traineeship, you will become familiar with the diverse marketing tasks for our job portal, BECK Stellenmarkt. You will be actively involved from the outset and given ample opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas. In the following 12 months, you will further develop your skills in a more advanced position as a Junior Consultant (m/f/d), where you will increasingly assume independent responsibility.
The focus will be on digital marketing, social media, and newsletter communication related to BECK Stellenmarkt. Throughout your traineeship, you will be mentored and supported both professionally and personally.
### Your responsibilities will include:
• Conceptualizing, designing, and distributing social media content tailored to specific target groups
• Creating social media reports. Monitoring and continuously optimizing social media activities.
``` • Creation and editing of newsletters in accordance with corporate design and communication guidelines (Inxmail)
• Creative conception and creation of advertising materials (images, text, and video) for external communication (Canva)
• Continuous maintenance and updating of employer profiles on our career portal beck-stellenmarkt.de (Drupal CMS)
• Research and analysis of target groups to support the sales team
### Your Profile
- Completed studies in law, economics, humanities, communication studies, or a comparable interdisciplinary field
- Enthusiasm for marketing, social media, and digital platforms, ideally with initial practical experience (e.g., internships, working student positions, or personal projects)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen sense for content and target groups
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for driving projects forward independently
