To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will independently plan, manage, and develop our marketing and communications activities. You will shape the positioning of our company and products, develop creative campaigns, and ensure successful communication with our customers and prospects.
As part of the GRÜN Group, GRÜN Software Medien GmbH is a leading provider of industry-specific software for publishers and media companies. At our locations in Endingen and Berlin, over 35 employees have been developing innovative software solutions for the media industry for many years.
With our software solutions GRÜN NTX, GRÜN EDDY, and GRÜN itex, we support our customers in efficiently digitizing their business processes and successfully meeting the demands of modern information providers. Furthermore, GRÜN bookhit GmbH is part of our corporate group.
For our location in Endingen (Baden-Württemberg), we are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position where the ideal candidate combines creativity with organizational skills, takes responsibility, and drives our marketing activities forward with fresh ideas and strategic thinking.
## ... Your responsibilities with us:
- Independent planning, management, and implementation of all marketing activities for GRÜN Software Medien GmbH
- Planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and new customer acquisition
- Creation of technical articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and other content for corporate communications
- Maintenance and further development of the company websites based on WordPress
- Maintenance and further development of our social media channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Conceptualization, design, and updating of flyers, brochures, presentations, advertising materials, and other marketing documents
- Design of trade fair appearances, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials for events, especially for the Frankfurt Book Fair
- Close collaboration with the specialist departments of the GRÜN Group as well as external service providers and business partners
## What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment or in the software industry IT Industry
- Experience in content marketing, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) is desirable
- Creativity and a good sense for target group-oriented communication and engaging content
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
- Experience with graphic design programs and marketing tools is an advantage
