Your responsibilities:
- High-performance concepts: You will develop and plan media concepts that optimize our influencer and digital campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- KPI mastermind: You will continuously define, monitor, and optimize relevant performance KPIs (ROAS, CPO, etc.) to exceed our strategic goals.
- Interdisciplinary management: As a strategic liaison, you will bring together creative, account management, and analytics, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Innovation Scouting: You monitor the market and competition to identify emerging media trends and untapped potential early on and integrate them into our strategy.
- Client Consulting & Relationship Management: You provide daily consulting to our clients and build long-term, successful client relationships.
- Cross-Media Strategy: You create strategic, cross-media recommendations and work closely with our internal departments.
Your Profile
- Senior Expertise: Solid, multi-year professional experience in digital media planning and strategy (senior level) is essential.
- Data-Driven Mindset: KPIs are second nature to you – you know which metrics truly matter in influencer marketing and how to drive campaigns to data-driven success.
- Influencer Ecosystem: You have a deep understanding of the major social media platforms and the influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Agency Fit: You work independently and in a structured manner, and possess the necessary communication skills for the dynamic agency environment – in short: you're a team player with a high degree of initiative.
International Fit: You work and communicate fluently in both German and English.
