Customer / Solution Support (m/w/d) (First-Level-Supporter/in)

DIA Connecting Software develops shop platforms and software solutions for manufacturers and distributors of technical products. Our systems support B2B trading processes, product data, orders, and EDI connections in daily operations.
We are looking to expand our team at our Schortens location. You will provide technical support to our customers and set up and maintain our shop and interface systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Gathering and classifying requirements and deriving implementable solutions
- First- and second-level support for our shop and platform software
- Setting up and maintaining shops, product data, and interfaces
- Supporting migrations, upgrades, and system setups
- Troubleshooting, technical documentation, and handover to the development team
- Advising on integrations such as ERP and EDI connections
About Us
Your Profile
- Technical understanding of web systems, interfaces, and databases
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and to document customer requirements in a structured manner
- Structured and independent work style
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
