Advisor establishing new BIM platform | Oslo / Hamar

Do you have experience with BIM, digitalization and property management? For a leading player in the defense sector, we are looking for an experienced advisor to contribute to the acquisition and further development of a new BIM platform. The role suits you who want to work at the intersection of technology, data management and digital transformation, and who are motivated by developing future solutions for building and property management.
About the assignment
The tasks will include:
Contribute to requirements and procurement of a new BIM platform
Coordinate work towards other digitalization projects
Advice within BIM, data and property management
Contribute to structuring and making building information available
Ensure good information flow between design, operation and management
Contribute to coherence between BIM, FDVU and other digital solutions
Participate in the development of data-driven work processes and digital services
We are looking for someone who has
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as IT or engineering
Minimum five years of relevant work experience
Experience with BIM and management of building and property information
Experience with implementing and using BIM in larger enterprises
Knowledge of FDVU systems
Experience with BIM server or similar solutions
Very good knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written
Possibility to be authorized for LIMITED if needed
It is an advantage if you have experience with
Public sector projects
Digitalization and development projects in construction and real estate
Operational technology (OT)
Connection between BIM, property databases and ontology
Data models for building information, sensor data and maintenance
Analysis of time series data and decision support
Integrations between BIM and other mission-critical systems
