Junior Engineer for Bidding and Costing (m/f)

Responsibilities: The person hired for this position will be responsible for:
Preparing requests for proposals,
Analyzing received price and subcontractor quotes;
Assisting in preparing project documentation estimates;
Cost estimation in NormaPRO;
Ensuring the competitiveness of estimated costs;
Analyzing measurement documentation;
Analyzing tender documentation (TOR) and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: higher education (including a bachelor's degree), type: construction - required
- Other: Candidate expectations:
Higher technical education in construction, environmental engineering, or a related field;
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position;
Experience working on construction sites and estimating construction works is desirable;
Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
Good knowledge of Norma;
Excellent organizational skills, meticulousness;
Communication skills and the ability to build relationships;
Commitment and responsibility for assigned tasks;
Category B driving license.
