Program Manager

Are you an experienced program manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365? Then we have a challenging assignment for you.
Manage and coordinate the development, integrations, and improvements of the enforcement tool.
Supervise analyses, testing, and deployment processes in close collaboration with internal experts.
Develop and monitor project plans and release calendars according to ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ensure optimal collaboration with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional solutions.
Develop reporting and decision-making tools in Power BI.
At least 10 years of experience in program management of development or infrastructure projects.
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 (SAAS), integrations with O365, and functional/technical knowledge (certification is a plus).
Experience with the Flemish government context and associated building blocks (ACM/IDM, MAGDA, digital signature, etc.) is a plus. Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Prince2, PMBok, MSP) and experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL.
Dutch-speaking, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
