We are now looking for a new colleague to join our IT support team in Vaasa to work in a multi-client environment with Service Desk and local support tasks. We are looking for a person with IT education or previous experience in IT work, a customer-oriented approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn new things.

**IT Support Person's job duties**
Your main job duties consist of working in the Service Desk team in a multi-client environment, where you work for different customer companies and environments. You receive support requests via email and telephone and solve customer problems via remote connections. Frendy's customers' support cases are mainly linked to Windows environments, but Apple environments also occur with some customers. If necessary, you will also solve customer problems through local support visits, which means that the work may involve travel, mainly within Ostrobothnia.
**Job duties include:**
- Installation of network equipment and workstations (incl. troubleshooting)
- Problem solving in Windows environments (workstations and servers) and in Apple environments (workstations and mobile devices)
- M365 user management and configuration
- Depending on your skills: physical installation of screens, network setup and, if necessary, cabling
You will receive an introduction to the job duties and support from your team. The team is backed by an organization that can help with everything from advanced server and network problems to broken printers. The work is mainly performed at our office in Vaasa and at our customers in Ostrobothnia. Partial remote work is also possible in this role.
**Who are you?**
- You have an IT education or at least one year of experience in IT support or customer service in IT
- You are familiar with M365 Admin and AD environments
- You have good knowledge of Windows workstations and troubleshooting
- You communicate freely in both Swedish and Finnish, and good knowledge of English is an advantage
- You enjoy customer service tasks and quickly understand customer needs
- You have a positive attitude towards new challenges and actively seek information about new things
- You communicate smoothly with customers via phone and email
- You have a B driving license
Previous experience of working in a multi-client environment and knowledge of the Apple environment is seen as an advantage.
