Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven office manager to join our team in the banking and insurance sector. As an office manager, you will be the linchpin of the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of customer service and operational processes.
Team Leadership: Directing and motivating your team members to deliver optimal performance.
Customer Service: Providing quality support to customers and professionally handling their questions and problems.
Administration: Overseeing administrative processes and ensuring an efficient workflow.
Policy and Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and strategic initiatives.
Financial Management: Supporting financial reporting and budget management.
Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking and insurance sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solution-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
