What will you do?
As a home care nurse, you have a very varied range of tasks: administering injections, medication, wound care, hygiene care, applying advanced nursing techniques, and more.
The role of home care nurse differs from other nursing jobs for several reasons:
You will join an integrated care team consisting of a care coordinator, caregiver, social worker, cleaner, and volunteers;
Less administration! You can handle nursing records quickly and efficiently via your tablet;
You will be scheduled for evening rounds (from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM).

A Bachelor's or HBO5 diploma in nursing or midwifery (if awarded before October 2018);
Social engagement;
Your top priority: the well-being of your patient;
Clear and accurate communication with patients and managers;
Accurate administrative processing;
Willingness to work one weekend in two;
A category B driver's license.
