A position as a consultant is available in the dimensioning and intake section. The section is part of the intake and adult learning department. The department is responsible for, among other things, the structure of the offer, the school use plan, dimensioning of educational offers, upper secondary education for adults, the intake to upper secondary schools in Rogaland and the county council's career guidance service. 
Job responsibilities:
Admission and application processing of applicants for upper secondary education
Guidance by telephone and e-mail, and processing of inquiries to the admissions office
Registration of applicant data
Control work and quality checking of applicant data
The position can be combined with other tasks in the section or department

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:
Relevant education at upper secondary level (vocational certificate/study qualification) or equivalent
Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
Good digital skills
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience with school administrative systems such as InSchool
Competence in subject documentation
