A permanent position as a consultant is available in the dimensioning and intake section. Become part of a well-functioning section that works with the important social mission of education.
The section is part of the department for intake and adult learning. The department is responsible for, among other things, the structure of the offer, the school use plan, dimensioning of educational offers, upper secondary education for adults, the admission to upper secondary schools in Rogaland and the county council's career guidance service.
Job duties:
Guided the public and our partners in the application of the Education Act and related regulations
Guidance by telephone and e-mail, and processing of inquiries to the admissions office
Participation in the county municipality's admissions team and follow-up of cases on individual treatment and benefits
Admissions and application processing for upper secondary education
Control work, registration and quality check of applicant data
The position can be combined with other tasks in the section or department

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:
Relevant education, preferably at master's level
Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
Good digital skills
It is an advantage if you have:
experience with using the Vigo training and Elements systems
Knowledge and experience related to upper secondary education, primary and/or public administration
Experience from admissions work and guidance of applicants in upper secondary education or primary school
