About the position
REK south-east is the secretariat for the four regional research ethics committees (REK) in the health region south-east, and for two national committees that assess and approve research projects on clinical trials of medicines and medical devices (REK-KULMU). REK-KULMU must approve all such projects according to three new regulations from the EU. 
The secretariat of REK-KULMU is part of the secretariat for REK south-east and is located in beautiful premises in Nydalen in Oslo. In total, the secretariat consists of 24 employees. 
REK south-east is now advertising a permanent position as a first consultant / senior consultant (SKO SKO 1363) in a 100% position at the REK-KULMU secretariat. 
Your main tasks will be 
Coordinate the work between committees and the secretariat
Register and distribute applications and change notifications
Simple case management tasks
Arrange for meetings on Teams and in Nydalen
Administrative follow-up of committee members, including contract preparation and meeting fees
Administrative tasks in the secretariat, including archiving
Qualifications / Competence
You must have relevant education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in health sciences, natural sciences or archiving
Relevant prior learning can replace the educational requirement if the candidate can specifically document the ability to master tasks at the relevant level
You must have good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written
You must have good computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)
Experience with electronic case management will be emphasized

You must be structured and have the ability to work systematically
You must be action-oriented and have a great ability to implement
You must be able to meet short deadlines without compromising the quality of what you do 
 
You must have good collaboration skills
