Your tasks:
Performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep in the building and garden area
Maintaining and monitoring our building systems such as heating, ventilation, and plumbing
Maintaining and monitoring Our water and wastewater system with spring, water intake, and small-scale wastewater treatment plant, as well as a natural swimming pool
1 day per week porter duty
Your skills
Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or 5 years of experience in a similar position
Technical understanding as well as practical and analytical thinking
Well-groomed, warm, and service-oriented demeanor
Team-oriented, empathetic, and dedicated personality
Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts
Driver's license category B
Fluent in German and English
