Managing, mentoring, and motivating your team.
Actively participating on the work floor – not just an office job.
Monitoring the quality, safety, and efficiency of processes.
Creating a positive and stimulating work environment.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and contributing ideas for improvements.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production is a plus.
You are a coaching leader with a hands-on attitude.
Positive, motivating, and quality-oriented.

Flexible to work in a 2-shift system (early or late shift).
