Your personality: A natural, friendly demeanor, Rhineland warmth, team spirit, and organizational skills.
Your languages: Fluent German and good English are standard for our international guests.
The Düsseldorf extra: Konnichiwa! (Japanese) Since Düsseldorf is home to a vibrant Japanese community, we would appreciate knowledge of Japanese (or a strong interest in the culture). A real plus that will help you make our Japanese guests feel at home!
### Your responsibilities with us:
First impressions: Warm and welcoming check-in and check-out, as well as comprehensive support for our national and international guests.
Organization: Reliable processing of reservations and general organizational tasks in guest services.
Communication & Cashier: Professional operation of the telephone system and independent cash handling, including closing the till.
