We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our in-house restaurant, Reep, immediately.
The Schmidt stands for first-class entertainment right in the heart of Hamburg's Reeperbahn: In our three theaters—the Schmidt Theater, Schmidts Tivoli, and Schmidtchen—we delight audiences with top-notch in-house musical theater productions, outrageous comedy, and quirky shows. With comprehensive service in our theaters, two in-house restaurants, a deli, an open-air wine garden, and three bars, gastronomy is also an essential part of our guests' overall experience.
At our Reep restaurant in the Schmidt Theater, we focus on exquisite fish creations with international influences. We are deeply committed to the respectful and responsible use of fresh, and whenever possible, regional ingredients.
