Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
35 hours/week – starting immediately
For our restaurant Reep – right in the heart of St. Pauli – we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Restaurant Manager.
The Schmidt stands for first-class entertainment in the heart of Hamburg's Reeperbahn: In our three theaters, the Schmidt Theater, Schmidts Tivoli, and Schmidtchen, we delight audiences with top-notch in-house musical theater productions, outrageous comedy, and quirky shows. With comprehensive service in our theaters, two in-house restaurants, a deli, an open-air wine garden, and three bars, gastronomy is also an essential part of our guests' overall experience.
At Reep, located in the legendary Schmidt Theater, classic Hamburg cuisine and refined northern German home-style cooking are served. From pre-show menus to high-end à la carte service, the Reep offers plenty of variety and exciting challenges.

## ... What you'll do with us:
Leading, guiding, and motivating your team
Ensuring smooth operation and management of daily service
Creating optimal shift and vacation schedules in collaboration with your supervisor
Greeting and seating guests
Providing expert advice and general guest service
Ensuring smooth operations even during your absence
Training staff on the beverage and food menus
Adhering to HACCP guidelines
## What you bring:
You're looking for a new challenge, want to contribute your own ideas, and are excited about plenty of action with a smile on your face
You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position
In addition to an impressive personality, you bring administrative experience, sound expertise, and an awareness of current trends
Teamwork is paramount for you, as is an open feedback culture
A solution-oriented mindset paired with good planning and coordination skills are the icing on the cake
