Your tasks – How you'll make the place
As an intern in the hotel's Front of House department, you will support various teams to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for our international guests. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, supporting check-in and check-out processes, and handling reservations. You will help coordinate guest requests and work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping and Concierge to optimize service.
... In the Food & Beverage department, you will support the team in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring cleanliness in the service area. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the preparation and execution of events and contribute to maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Overall, you will gain valuable insights into hotel operations and actively contribute to ensuring a positive guest experience.
### Your Profile - Could this be you?
A prerequisite is that you are completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are highly motivated to learn new things and continuously work on their personal and professional development.
