Your tasks – How you'll make the place
Organization and administrative management during the night shift
Handling guest complaints with empathy and a strong focus on hospitality
Reviewing and processing the daily cash and financial statements for all outlets
Ensuring, monitoring, and controlling all security aspects in cooperation with the night team
Your profile – Could this be you?
Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Strong hospitality skills with a confident and professional demeanor
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Good MS Office skills; experience with Opera is an advantage
Strong numerical aptitude and strong business acumen
