### Your responsibilities – How you'll make the Place
Close collaboration with all departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Excellent host and representative of the hotel and first point of contact for our discerning international guests.
Presence in the lobby and throughout the hotel to actively foster guest interaction.
Friendly and efficient handling of guest complaints and inquiries.
Continuous development and improvement of our guest relationships.
Leadership and development of the Guest Experience Team and the Concierge Team.
### Your Profile - Could this be you?
### Experience & Passion: Initial leadership experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front of House in the international luxury hotel industry, as well as a strong passion for first-class guest service.
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Personality: Well-groomed, confident demeanor, a strong attention to detail and creativity, as well as the ability to remain professional even in demanding situations and to ensure excellent service at all times.
