Ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for our guests, including valet service
Complaint management at the highest level
Maintaining positive guest and employee relationships
Providing information about the hotel, the city, and the surrounding area Offer
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entrance area
Close collaboration with all hotel departments
### Your profile - Could this be you?
Professional experience as a bellattendant or similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel
A welcoming and professional demeanor with a confident and competent manner
Good German and English skills
Class B driver's license
Flexibility and enthusiasm
Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
