Job Description
As a Project Manager for Energy Renovation, you'll play a key role in implementing energy-efficient renovation projects in the residential, tertiary, or public sectors. You'll coordinate the entire project process: from preliminary studies and planning to implementation and delivery. You'll work closely with clients, architects, design firms, and contractors, translating sustainability ambitions into feasible technical solutions. Job Description
Supervising energy renovation projects from concept to completion
Drawing up and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications
Managing and monitoring contractors, suppliers, and external partners
Coordinating EPB, HVAC, and insulation measures within renovation contexts
Preparing energy analyses, specifications, and quotes
Monitoring compliance with energy performance standards (EPB), ventilation requirements, and insulation standards
Acting as a point of contact for clients, architects, engineering firms, and government agencies
Monitoring subsidies, energy premiums, and reporting obligations
Performing technical inspections and quality assurance on-site
Reporting progress to management and other stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering, energy technology, architecture, or a similar technical field
At least 3 years of experience in project management or energy-related renovation projects
Good knowledge of EPB regulations, insulation, ventilation, and heating systems

Strong planning, organizing, and negotiating skills
Knowledge of software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and EPB software (e.g., EPB-Assist) is a plus
A valid driver's license (B) is required and you are willing to travel within Belgium
