To strengthen our hospitality team, we are looking for a
Front Office Agent (m/f/d)
## This is what your (future) day will look like:
Checking in and checking out our guests using the Guestline hotel software
Answering all questions, messages, calls, or requests from our guests
Providing information and directions about our hotel and the surrounding area
Processing payments and room charges
Handling reservations and cancellations
Processing complaints
Managing the switchboard and answering internal and external calls
Administrative tasks such as invoicing and invoice verification, accounts receivable management, cash handling, etc.
Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues in the department
### What we are looking for:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry is an advantage
Some initial professional experience in the front office is desirable
Enjoyment of working in a team and with international guests
Friendly and courteous manner
Strong team spirit
A positive attitude and Open-mindedness
Flexibility, a solution-oriented approach, and multitasking skills
Good German and English skills (any additional foreign language is an advantage)
