**Seed Production Technician (M/F) – Corn and Sunflower**

**Location:** South Bourg-en-Bresse, Lyon Plain, North Isère

**Contract:** Fixed-term, 10 months (January 2026 start)

**Role & Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for overseeing seed production of corn and sunflower, working closely with Zone Managers and the team of Crop Technicians. Your main tasks include:

* Participating in the preparation and distribution of basic seeds.
* Implementing, monitoring, and controlling multiplication contracts until reception, ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting quantitative and qualitative objectives.
* Inspecting fields to identify potential issues such as diseases, pests, nutrient deficiencies, or excesses, and alerting farmers, team members, and supervisors when necessary.
* Providing technical advice and transmitting contract-related data to farmers.

**Requirements:**

* Driving license B (company vehicle provided).
* Knowledge of agricultural practices and seed production.
* Familiarity with equipment and agricultural products (technical training provided).
* Good computer skills and proficiency in standard IT tools.
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

**Additional:**

* SOC accreditation preferred; if not held, a mandatory 2-day training will be provided by TOP Semence.
