**Sales Assistant – Fruits/Vegetables (M/F)**

Founded in 1986, SARL Vallon Sainte Marthe is a family-run farm located in Arles, specializing in the production of strawberries, figs, and asparagus. Our main activity is the sale of fresh fruits and vegetables from our HVE-certified (High Environmental Value) crops.

As part of our growth, we are looking for new talents to strengthen our technical team and further structure our commercial activity. If you are motivated by agricultural work and want to invest in a human-scale company, we would be happy to discuss the opportunities we can offer!

The future Sales Assistant – Fruits/Vegetables (M/F) will work closely with the partner in charge of commerce. You will be involved in managing the fruit station, including the packing line and personnel.

**Responsibilities**

*During the season:*

* Receiving and preparing orders with staff
* Stock management and traceability
* Managing the packaging and processing line
* Preparing delivery and transport documents
* Supervising teams

*Off-season, additional tasks may include:*

* Development of buying/reselling activities
* Anti-waste processing activities
* Monitoring various projects
* Attending national and international trade shows

* Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 level
* Driving license B (required)
