Reporting to the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) Manager, you will participate in the quality policy for the entire Maison TARBOURIECH.

**Your responsibilities:**

* Participate in projects: contribute to quality standards (such as IFS Food).
* Assist the QSE Manager in various tasks, missions, and activities as assigned.
* Monitor regulatory QSE requirements and follow up on health alerts.
* Update the documentation system.
* Implement various food risk analyses (unique document, HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud).
* Participate in preparing approval requests to Veterinary Services for diversification and business development, and support their practical implementation on-site.
* Promote the QSE system across different departments.
* Conduct internal audits, on-site audits, and “flash” audits, and follow up on associated action plans.
* Ensure adherence to work procedures and instructions by staff and raise awareness accordingly.
* Train, inform, and engage staff on quality-related topics.
* Support client audits, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, organic certifications, and veterinary inspections, and participate in implementing related action plans.
* Record, analyze, and track non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Perform daily field activities to ensure product and process compliance with client specifications and work procedures; actively contribute to operational compliance.

**Profile:**

* Minimum Bac +3 education in Quality Management in the Food Industry.
* Significant experience in an equivalent position in the food industry (minimum 3 years).
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems in the food industry, ISO 22000, knowledge of IFS Food standards, and experience in implementing sanitary approvals.
* Proficient in office software and relevant tools.
* Comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders, both in the office and on-site.
